Maintenance Summary:
Oso Grande will have our UPS vendor on-site to replace the fan trays inside its ABQ1-POW2-UPS1 UPS unit. A subset of our customer base is fed by this UPS, and so this announcement is limited to those impacted by the maintenance window. This work requires that the UPS be put into external bypass mode, which comes with a small risk of a momentary power outage. Similarly, transitioning back to the online mode of the UPS may cause a momentary power outage. Normally, these transitions do not create any impact and are completely unnoticeable, but out of an abundance of caution, we are notifying customers of this risk.
Maintenance Window & Impact
We anticipate that this work will take approximately three hours, and we expect the impact to individual customers to momentary at worst. Equipment utilizing standard A+B power configuration will not be impacted.
