Oso Grande aims to keep all tenants satisfied and operating the building successfully -- meaning good processes, strong controls, forward thinking, and with predictable results.
Sometimes, though, things don't go as planned. Should any tenant need maintenance in their leased premises, or in the common area, please contact us as below to open a maintenance request; please do not verbally report requests to roaming facilities staff, as such requests are very likely to be forgotten or delayed.

Alterations
No structural, electrical, plumbing, or architectural alterations may be conducted within the building without prior written authorization from Oso Grande. Tenants must submit complete engineering prints, architectural specifications, and a list of licensed contractors for approval, which approval shall solely and entiretly at Oso Grande's discretion. Contractors must maintain a minimum of $2,000,000 general liability insurance, naming Oso Grande as an additional insured.
