Data Center Clients
Oso Grande is happy to receive shipments on your behalf. You will need to let us know that you are shipping an item directly to us; please do so by emailing in the notification to support@OsoGrande.com. You should address your shipments as follows:

Our building does NOT have a loading dock and all shipments must arrive with a lift-gate if appropriate. There is an unloading zone adjacent to the front door on the east side of the building.
We do have a ramp at the front of the building, as well as in our datacenters, to facilitate unloading. Most pallets will fit through our doors if turned long/skinny-wise, and we do have pallet jacks on-site.
Additional Shipping Policies and Advisories
- Oso Grande will not unpack or remove anything from its shipping packaging unless directed to do so by the customer in writing.
- Oso Grande will not rack or install any received items unless requested to do so in writing; remote hands charges may apply.
- Oso Grande will notify customers point of contact upon receipt of a shipped item, and will include the tracking number.
- If the package is not picked up or alternate arrangements made:
- After 15 days, Oso Grande will notify the POC again of the shipment
- After 30 days, Oso Grande will notify the POC one last time of the shipment
- After 35 days, Oso Grande will return the package to the shipper at customer's expense
Tenants and Lease Holders
Deliveries are generally made to the front lobby of the building. Although the lobby is normally locked and under video surveillance, it is each tenant's responsibility to accept and collect their own deliveries. Tenant's may request their own front-door delivery code to facilitate entry to the lobby by delivery drivers.
