Oso Grande takes the security and logistics of its datacenters and services very seriously. Therefore, access to the building Meet-Me-Room is highly restricted.

Single or Multi-Cabinet Colocation Customers
Under no circumstances is a partial, single, or multi-cabinet colocation customer allowed to:
- Access the area beneath the datacenter floor tiles
- Access the area above the colocation space, the plenum, or the drop ceiling
- Access the ladder racks or cable trays in any facility
- Install their own inter-cabinet cross-connects
- Install equipment into the Meet-Me-Room without prior Oso Grande approval
Cage or Whitespace Colocation Customers
Under no circumstances is a cage area or whitespace colocation customer allowed to:
- Access the area beneath the datacenter floor tiles
- Access the area above the colocation space, the plenum, or the drop ceiling
- Install equipment into the Meet-Me-Room without prior Oso Grande approval
Cage area or whitespace colocations customers are allowed and encouraged to utilize the ladder rack in their area to install network cabling between cabinets.
