Tenant Mail
Mail is delivered to Oso Grande according to USPS' normal delivery schedule. All mail is delivered to the mailboxes located immediately north of Oso Grande's main entrance.
Tenants may be assigned a mailbox by Oso Grande upon request. When assigned, Oso Grande shall provide to the tenant one (1x) mailbox key, and will label the mailbox with the tenant's information to facilitate delivery.
Oso Grande will not collect tenant's mail on any regular schedule in any case; Tenants may request a mail pickup by contacting Oso Grande support. Collected mail will be delivered to the Tenants suite and will never be held by Oso Grande.
Data Center-Only Client Mail Not Allowed.
In no case shall a data center-only client receive, or cause to have any mail postmarked to their receipt, by way of Oso Grande. If Oso Grande ever receives any mail item addressed to a data center-only client, Oso Grande shall immediately reject and return-to-sender the item without notification to the client.
