General Emergencies
In the event of a critical life-safety emergency, pull a fire-alarm pull station or dial 911 immediately before alerting Oso Grande. The building is protected by an automated addressable fire alarm network integrated with localized wet-pipe sprinkler systems, while our data centers are protected by clean agent suppression systems.
- Evacuation: During audible or visual alarms, all tenants and customers must evacuate via the nearest exit. Proceed to the designated exterior assembly area in the southern portion of the main parking lot, adjacent to the dumpster.
- Drills: Tenants are legally required to participate in building-wide fire evacuation and active emergency response drills conducted annually.
Medical Emergencies
If a tenant employee or guest experiences a severe medical crisis:

Call 911 and provide the operator with the building address, suite number, or location, and the specific nature of the medical emergency.

Station an employee outside the lobby or main entrance to wave in and provide access and guidance to the responding paramedics.

Notify Oso Grande, who will then attempt to locate and dispatch any emergency-medicine practitioners who may be in the building.
