The Oso Grande property is home to multiple datacenters and tenants, and is a secure facility.
Datacenter Access Policy
All exterior doors of the building are locked 24/7. The front door may be accessed by badge only. Datacenter customers must enter through the man-trap, which features biometric, key card, and pin-code authentication methods. Datacenter entry is accomplished by an additional biometric entry.
Locking Cabinets
Colocation customers who purchase a locking 1/3rd cabinet, a 1/2 cabinet of any kind, or a full cabinet are automatically granted 24/7, unescorted access to their equipment. Your access badge will open the building's exterior doors and allow you to park in the garage outside of business hours. Your access badge will also allow you into the appropriate Oso Grande datacenter's interior and exterior doors when presented.
If you have purchased a half cabinet or more and need an access badge, please send an email to support -at - osogrande .com requesting your cabinet key and access badge and one of our technicians will work with you to get your 24/7 access setup.
Shared or Small Colocation Cabinet
Escorted access is available Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm at no charge. Should you require access after hours, please contact the Oso Grande support team and our on-call technician will assist you. Note that after-hours access may require a trip charge.
Tenants Access Policy
As above, all exterior doors to the building are locked 24/7. Tenants may badge into the front door, and use their badge or keys to gain access to their respective parts of the building. Tenants are not allowed to tailgate; entering in to the same door one after another is allowed if each individual badges as they pass by. Tenants may NOT gain access to or enter into areas of the building that are not allowed by their badge access policy, restricted, or otherwise disallowed; doing so may result in termination of the offender's access badge credentials.
Tenants are generally granted access to the building from 7:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. Tenants may request 24/7 access, or other custom access schedules, by contacting Oso Grande.
